Shipping Policy

Every piece is made to order — printed or stitched after you check out, not pulled off a shelf. That takes a little extra time, and we think it's worth it.

Where we ship: United States only, for now.

How long it takes: Production typically takes 2–7 business days, then US delivery usually takes another 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your order.

Delays & problems: If anything runs longer than expected, we'll email you. If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, reach out to help@theue.shop and we'll make it right.
